  • An average inspection takers 2-3 hours onsite.  We welcome you to accompany us during the inspection.  This allows us to walk through the home with you pointing out findings and explaining elements of the report.  We assure the inspection and report on over 400 items of the home.
  • Point out major and minor deficiencies to give a clear picture of the home.
  • Identify any potential safety hazards present.
  • Show you how various systems work.
