Caring about the health of your employes for your business is important. Just like your home, radon has been found in businesses across the country.   All employees should have a safe and healthy environment. Have Radon investigators test for radon at your business and workplace. 

• We place a continuous monitor in the lowest level of your business.
• Depending on size, more than one monitor will be used.
• 48 hour test
• Monitor is small 8x6 and sits on a tripod stand.
• Monitor is harmless and makes no noise

• The radon measurement monitor must not be moved, covered or altered in any way.
• The monitoring device is harmless and the room with the monitor can be used normally.
• If the monitor is moved or tampered with, the test will be invalid and will have to be restarted.
• Keep ALL windows closed during test, including upper level windows.
• Keep ALL exterior doors closed except normal entry and exit.
• Heating and air conditioning systems that recirculate interior air can be operated normally.
• Do not use fireplace unless it is the primary source of heat.
• Fans should NOT be used.
• Bathroom exhaust fans can be used normally.
• Air purifiers, dehumidifiers and portable humidifiers cannot be used near the test.

If the radon measurement result is at or above 4 pCi/L, the EPA recommends that actions be taken to reduce the radon levels.

Radon Investigators will recommend a mitigation company and help you with the process.
